\u00a0Primary Care at Cedar Point Health includes preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, management of specialty care. Within the Primary Care branch, our Family Practice locations see patients of all ages while our Internal Medicine office specializes in adult care, ages 18+.<\/p>\n

Cedar Point Health providers take pride in the quality of care that is delivered to our patients. They have special training in cardiology, hematology, nephrology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, oncology, rheumatology, geriatrics, adolescent medicine, allergy and immunology, and sports medicine.<\/p>\n

\u00a0We accept a wide range of insurances and we have a cash-pay program for those without insurance. Most insurances cover an annual preventative or wellness visit, which may include a physical. Primary care is more cost effective than other types of care, including urgent care or emergency room visits.<\/p>\n

Should you need to reach us after hours or on the weekends, one of our providers is on call 24\/7 and can be contacted by calling the main office line.<\/p>\n
